The Service

TickerBlend is a free browser-based tool that adds animated ticker graphics, your optional logo and a TickerBlend watermark to video. The video, logo, text, preview and MP4 export are processed locally on your device. We do not provide a cloud video library or server-side video rendering. Compatibility and results depend on your browser, device, operating system, codecs, available memory, storage and hardware.

The Service is a technical editing tool, not a content-clearance, legal-advice or advertising-approval service. We do not guarantee that a video will be accepted by a social-media platform, increase engagement, generate enquiries or produce sales.

Logos shown in demo videos are fictional and used for illustration.

Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you can lawfully enter into an agreement and comply with these Terms. If you act for a business or another organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation. You are responsible for your device, browser, connection and lawful use of the Service.

Starting and ending use

You can read these Terms before using the editor and save or print them using your browser. No account, subscription or payment is required. These Terms set out the conditions on which we make the editor and its software available; you start using the editor when you choose to use its editing functions. You can stop at any time by leaving the editor. This does not remove files already saved in your browser or revoke permissions already granted for finished exports.

You need an internet connection to load the Service, JavaScript enabled and a browser supporting the media and storage features used by the editor. Export requires compatible browser encoding capabilities; some saving and sharing features require HTTPS. Available memory, storage, operating-system codecs and browser restrictions can affect operation. We do not guarantee that every browser, device or file is supported.

Your content and permissions

“User Content” includes the videos, footage, images, logos, trademarks, music, sound recordings, text, personal information and other material you use in the editor. As between you and Alomnis sp. z o.o., you retain your rights in User Content. We do not claim ownership of your source material or exported video, except for rights in our own branding and Service materials.

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all rights, licences, permissions, consents and other lawful bases needed to edit, combine, reproduce, export, publish, advertise with and share User Content. This includes copyright, trademark, publicity, image, privacy and data-protection rights, and any commercial-use restrictions attached to your material. Access to a file or logo does not by itself establish permission to use it.

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of prices, claims, product descriptions, offers and calls to action, and for compliance with applicable advertising, consumer-protection and platform requirements. You must review each exported video before using or publishing it.

No access to or approval of editor content

The editor does not upload User Content or exported videos to us for processing. We cannot access, inspect, verify rights in, moderate or approve the videos you create through it. An export does not constitute our endorsement of the content, a confirmation of its legality or permission to use third-party material.

You decide what content to process, how to present it and where to publish or share it. Responsibility for those decisions and for the resulting video's content remains with you, subject to applicable law. If you separately send us material for support, that correspondence is handled under the Privacy Policy and does not constitute legal or publication approval.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, abusive, exploitative or privacy-violating content. You must not introduce malware, bypass security measures, obtain unauthorised access, disrupt the Service or abuse its infrastructure. Automated access that disrupts the Service or bypasses access controls is prohibited.

Local project storage and exports

Where supported, the editor saves the current project in your browser so it can be restored after a refresh. This is not an account, cloud library or backup. Restoration depends on browser support, available storage and browser settings and is not guaranteed. Keep your original files and save the finished videos you need.

Choosing New video or removing the selected video requests deletion of the saved project; clearing this site's browser data also removes it. Closing a tab alone does not delete it. Clear your project after using a shared device. Temporary export files may also exist in private browser storage. The Privacy Policy explains the information stored, retention and deletion.

You are responsible for checking that a download or share has completed and that the exported video has the intended text, positioning, sound, quality and format.

If export at the original settings is unavailable, the editor may offer a lower resolution, a lower frame rate or both. You may choose to try that option or cancel; reduced settings do not guarantee a successful export.

Service intellectual property

The Service and its original elements are protected by intellectual-property laws. Rights belong to their respective owners.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to use the Service for its intended video-editing purpose, including creating and publishing videos for your personal or business use, subject to these Terms. This permission includes displaying the ticker graphics and TickerBlend watermark that the Service incorporates into your exports. It does not grant ownership of the Service or permission to claim affiliation with or endorsement by Alomnis sp. z o.o.

The non-transferable and non-sublicensable restrictions above apply to access to and use of the Service, not to distributing finished exported videos. You may create videos for clients and deliver, publish, distribute or sell those finished videos for personal or commercial use. Your clients and other recipients may also use, reproduce, publish and distribute those videos with the TickerBlend graphics and watermark incorporated in them. This permission concerns those elements as part of the finished videos; it does not transfer ownership of the Service or grant a right to extract or redistribute its code, ticker designs or branding as standalone assets. You and the recipients remain responsible for the rights and permissions required for User Content and for the use of the finished video.

You may not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, publish or create derivative works from the Service or its code without prior written permission, except where applicable law or an applicable third-party licence expressly permits it. This restriction does not prevent you from using your own User Content or the exported videos as authorised above.

Third-party components and services

The bundled Mediabunny component is governed by the Mozilla Public License 2.0, and the bundled Inter font files are governed by the SIL Open Font License 1.1. Their licence texts are available on the Third-Party Libraries page and prevail for those components where applicable. Browser APIs, including IndexedDB, are provided by your browser rather than bundled as separate libraries.

Cloudflare provides infrastructure and analytics, and Proton provides our email service. A platform or application you choose for sharing is a separate service. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices; we do not guarantee their availability or control their independent actions. Their involvement does not remove any responsibility we have under applicable law.

Availability, results and responsibility

We aim to provide a functioning editor, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every file or device, preservation of browser storage or a particular commercial result. Keep your original files and review the finished export. These technical limitations do not remove any obligations or remedies imposed by applicable law.

Our responsibility for failure to perform or properly perform an obligation, and for other harm, is determined by applicable law. We do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, personal injury or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights or other mandatory protections available to a user.

You are responsible under applicable law for your own unlawful content, lack of permissions and unlawful publication decisions. You are not automatically required to reimburse us for every third-party claim, and responsibility for our own breach or unlawful conduct remains ours. Any claim concerning loss or damage must be assessed under the rules and circumstances that apply to that claim.

Complaints and support

Send complaints about the Service to [email protected] or to our address above. Describe the problem and, where useful, your browser, device and when it happened. Provide a reply address. You do not need to send your video or logo to make a complaint; do not send sensitive information unless necessary. We will respond within 14 days of receiving a complaint. This procedure does not limit statutory remedies, mandatory response deadlines or your right to seek assistance or bring a claim before a competent court.

Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service, or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Service, address abuse or comply with law. We may update these Terms. The date at the bottom of this document identifies the latest revision, and we will provide additional notice or obtain agreement where required by applicable law. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Polish law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections available under the law that would otherwise apply where you habitually reside. Disputes may be brought before the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law; we do not impose an exclusive Polish court on consumers. Nothing in these Terms removes a right to bring a claim in a court available to you under mandatory law.

Please email us at [email protected] to raise a concern or dispute. This contact procedure does not prevent you from exercising legal rights or meeting an applicable filing deadline.

General terms and contact

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms govern your use of the Service, subject to applicable third-party licences and mandatory law.
